Planning, Pricing, and Production
As discussed during initial consultation, the initial estimate will reflect an itemization for all goods and services available to, and appropriate for, this event, and will be revised and edited for budget during the booking process. This estimate does not necessarily reflect the final total event cost.
The next step in the booking process will involve a second consultation during which the Client and the Tootsie & Co. team will review this itemization to confirm preferences and production needs. A revised itemization, adjusted to suit tastes and accommodate your budgetary needs, will be sent with the contract. A deposit equal to 50% of the current Total and a signed contract will confirm this event to our calendar.

Additional Services
The enclosed quotes include pricing for basic levels of bar service, but we are happy to create a custom proposal for you! We offer a variety of add-ons and enhancements to help create your truly unique event. Additional services may include, but are not limited to:
- Custom craft cocktail recipes
- Custom designed and printed bar menus
- Florals and decor
- Glassware and other service rentals
- Additional staffing for services such as bussing and coat check
- Ancillary service coordination including valet, DJ and live entertainment, and photography
