Chef Daniel Saldivar

Chef Daniel Saldivar has been cooking in some of Knoxville’s best kitchens for almost 30 years. His rigorous demands for quality motivate him to search out the best ingredients East Tennessee has to offer, prepare them simply, and let them shine for what they are. He enjoys bringing people together and creating memorable experiences through a delightful meal.

Rebecca Saldivar

Rebecca Saldivar has a Performing Arts background and is skilled with harmonizing her creative vision with reality. She began a catering business with Daniel in 2010, debuted Tootsie Truck in 2012, and finally evolved Tootsie Truck into Tootsie Co. in 2019, offering a full range of services for any occasion. She takes pride in her reputation of providing some of the highest quality.

Team Rebecca & Daniel

Rebecca and Daniel share a deep passion for quality food and ingredients. They met at a party where, so pleased with what she tasted, Rebecca insisted on meeting the chef. It was “love at first bite!” The couple has been working together ever since to create joy through the incredible events they create. They love to give back to the community by volunteering at a food pantry with Interfaith Health Clinic.
